Coaching & Supervision
NICE also offers supervision alongside executive (team) coaching. Supervision is learning through reflection on own work experiences. On the one hand, it gives the opportunity to think through and process own learning experiences and emotions related to their own personal development process and on the other hand to offer and support others in the intervision group. The person who is given supervision, the supervisor, learns to hold their own actions against the light and to discuss them with others. In many functions, this is also a necessity from a professional perspective, sometimes even from a professional ethical perspective. As a result, the insight grows and professional action can improve sustainably. The supervisor himself determines which experiences and questions are current and can be entered. Supervision takes place (in contrast to intervision) under professional supervision.
