NICE B.V. is a member of the Dutch Council for Training and Training (NRTO). The general terms and conditions apply to all offers, activities, quotations and agreements for training and education between NICE B.V. and clients, respectively their legal successors.
Terms & Conditions NRTO (in English) for consumers
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between NICE B.V. and the consumer in relation to an educational service, both concerning formal education and non-formal education, and all agreements exclusively related to the purchase of teaching material.
Code of Conduct for companies (in English)
All business transactions relating to training and education are carried out in compliance with the NRTO’s Code of Conduct for Profession and Business.
Code of Conduct for consumers (in English)
This code of conduct supervises the membership of the NRTO of entrepreneurs who conclude a training agreement with natural persons acting in private (consumers). Training means any form, regardless of duration, of education, training, course and / or training, both distance learning and contact education.
