Evaluation Supervisory Board

Each Supervisory Board discusses its own performance and the conclusions that must be attached to it at least once a year and external guidance must be involved periodically. The purpose of the evaluation is a critical reflection on and a sharper picture of the qualities and pitfalls of the individual and the team of Supervisory Board members and directors.

NICE provides advice and guidance with the (self) evaluation of Supervisory Boards. In addition, we offer various forms of self-evaluation that all inspire and challenge in their own way.
