In the cooperative sector it is not only a question of the members’ authority, but especially the way in which it can be shaped: expressiveness. This applies to agricultural organizations and also for water boards and political parties, for example. It is very important for the sector to have good managers now and in the future, who can do their bit. The Young Leadership Course is the first step for young potential drivers to become proficient in the drivers profession. This will create a breeding ground for managers, who in future will be able to take over the torch from the current generation of drivers.<\/p>\n
In this course three themes are central:<\/p>\n
– The management of organizations;<\/p>\n
– The social context in which this happens;<\/p>\n
– The person behind the driver.<\/p>\n
